It’s been a feature requested many times by all of you guys, we’ve been working on it for quite some time now and now it’s finally here (sort of).
You guys love the update log, we’ve been getting nothing but positive feedback on it. But the one thing most of you would like to see added to it was the ability to see if it was a manual update or automatic update.
It took a lot of fiddling around, comping up with the best way to do this but now we think we’ve got it.
At this time it’s only working for plugins, but that’s just because we’re still testing it a little bit. If it appears to work we’ll add the functionality to themes and the core too so please tell us if it works or not so we can expand the feature in the future 🙂
